Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at channelstheband.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Production And Shipping Time

Once placed, your order will be confirmed with our inventory and quality control team. If everything looks good (no unusual measurements, address info, etc.) they will approve the order and send it to the tailors to get to work. This can take 1-3 business days.

Then, each dress is made-to-order by our tailors, taking up to 8 weeks (sometimes 9 depending on the dress). Every dress is made-to-order, so the turnaround time is the same, whether you order a standard size dress or a made-to-measure custom.

(Note: All made-to-measure orders are final order)

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Rates & Estimate Delivery Dates

A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Currently, we can ship orders to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, and Italy. Shipping charges for your order depend on your testination country and the shipping method you choose, and the shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please keep in mind that shipping costs are non-returnable for any reason. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Standard shipping

Economy Shipping: 15-18 Work Days

Expedited shipping

Expedited Shipping: 3-7 Work Days

Note: Tailor time is not included in delivery time


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your item(s) have been shipped . The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. And you can track your order in Track Your Order

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

AW Bridal is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


AW Bridal is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
